The expansion of this North Taxilane will provide access to the new USU Eastern Aviation Hangar that was constructed in 2025. This state-of-the-art facility represents a major step forward in expanding hands-on, career-focused learning opportunities for USU Eastern students. Designed to support the growing Aviation Maintenance program, the new hangar strengthens workforce pathways, local industry partnerships, and real-world training right here at home. The expansion of this taxilane will also allow for future growth to Private and commercial hangars.
