Acting as general contractor for this project, we managed the full construction of a 28,000 square foot facility combining office and industrial space for Conductive Composites in Cleveland, Utah. The project included ground-up development of both manufacturing and administrative areas, with a focus on durability, functionality, and integration of utility systems. From site preparation through vertical construction, this expansion supports the company’s growing operations with a high-performance, purpose-built facility.
