TSJ Construction reclaimed a former coal train loadout. This involved structural demolition, asphalt rotomill removal, and concrete pier removal. The concrete piers were in the railroad right-of-way. Alongside coordination with the railroad, the concrete piers were delicately removed while not impacting the operations of the active railroad. Coal tailings were cleaned up and disposed of at environmentally specific facilities. The site was regraded, spread with certified hay, and reseeded.
